Adrian Legg (The official site): Adrian is THE acoustic guitar alchemist of England.
Charlie Boston: Charlie writes very nice original songs, and plays great live bluegrass music, in spite of being English! He's already had seven of my instruments, including a twin neck guitar/mandolin, which makes him my second most prolific customer after John Paul Jones. Charlie encouraged me to build my first "F" style mandolin, for which I owe him many thanks.
Chris Gibbons: Chris is very much a musical guru for me. Respect! Chris has a guitar/sitar I built for him. There's a couple of shots of it in my main site in the history/special projects section. Also I converted a strat for tele hardware for him. He calls it the andycaster. Whatever......
Gareth Pearson: Gareth's playing is remarkable.
Gordon Giltrap: Gordon is, worthily, among the most notable British champions of acoustic guitar playing.
John Paul Jones: John Is my most prolific client. I've built sixteen instruments for him since the early seventies. His musicianship is unmatched. Also he's very personable.
Julie Ellison: Julie plays two of my guitars. Excellent performer. One of our best pickers.
Lief Sorbye.: Lief plays great celtic rock music. He's an old friend/client. We go back awhile....
Mark Mancina: American composer.
Paul Garthwaite: Very interesting player and writer.
Sarah McQuaid: Sarah is a wonderful singer, guitarist and performer. She is an accomplished exponent of DADGAD and has published her method for approaching this interesting tuning which was reputably invented by Davy Graham. It's a beautiful book and very informative. I recently had the honor and pleasure of building a guitar for her. See my photo section.
Steve Yates: Local musician of note and friend.
Steve Bates.: Steve now owns the birdseye maple mandolin depicted in the gallery. Interesting music.
Tonu Korvits: TONU KORVITS is an Estonian composer of huge talent and many accolades. His music refers often to birdsong, the mandola he has commissioned is to be named "Oriole" and will have the bird inlaid in the headstock.
