The making of Dan Patrisso's Bluebird.
- No such thing as trade secrets........

- 100 year old Brazilian rosewood

- Mahogany.

- Rosewood.

- I knew it was in there somewhere.

- Phase one sound bars.

- Phase two.

- Voiced.

- Caution! Sharp bends.

- No going back now.

- Well fixed.

- Back linings, willow.

- Linings bent.

- Bound with maple.

- Bridge for a Bluebird of Happiness.

- Tung oil finish applied.

- Nice bear claw spruce.

- No other wood exhibits such depth of colour, both sonically and visually.

- Well it's nice to hear what the front is saying.

- The Bluebird takes flight.

- Job done. Fitted with "Waverly" tuners and shipped to the USA.
